OmniForm Filler 5.0 is the low-cost solution that lets users in an office or workgroup fill out forms created in OmniForm while protecting the form design from modification. Easy tab-and-type entry makes filling out forms simple, and with AutoFill, drop-down choices, and automatic calculations you get perfect results every time. The automatic database keeps a record of all your entries, which you can search, sort, and update on a stand-alone PC or over a network. Networked forms and information can also be shared with other OmniForm Filler 4.0 users.

OmniForm Filler 5.0 has a complete set of features that ease form filling, increase the accuracy of information entered into the form, and extend the information captured in the form to a centralized database on a network.

Features include:
-Fill Out Any Form - OmniForm Filler lets you fill out any form created with any version of OmniForm. It takes advantage of all built-in functions such as automatic calculations and drop-down boxes.

-Calculations - OmniForm Filler will perform calculation based on formulas for individual cells provided by the form designer. This makes form filling easier and reduces the chance of error.

-Print/Fax/Mail Support - Once a form has been filled out, you can print, fax, e-mail, or use routing slips to communicate the form and its data to others.

-Print variable pages in the same form - OmniForm Filler 4.0 lets you print forms containing pages with different sizes, margins, orientations (portrait and landscape) and colors.

-Built-in Database - With OmniForm Filler 4.0, as soon as you fill in a form, it becomes the first record in a new database. Any user of this database can create a new, blank form using the record as a template, and then fill in new information to create another record. Once you have more than one record you can use toolbar buttons or commands to move back and forth through the records.

-Complete database functions - You can quickly search the records for information using dialog boxes, and you can perform other common functions like sort, recalculate, delete, refresh, save and export. OmniForm Filler also lets you share information with other OmniForm and ODBC-compliant databases like Microsoft Access, Microsoft Excel, FoxPro and dBase.

-Spell Checking - OmniForm Filler 4.0 gives you perfect results by automatically spell checking the data you enter in your forms.

-AutoFill and database lookups - OmniForm Filler 4.0 lets you enter a key piece of information in one field and have the current field or other fields automatically filled through AutoFill. Database lookups can generate popup lists from OmniForm forms or other databases.

-Automatic text sizing - OmniForm 4.0 Filler can adjust the size of text entered into a fill field if the amount of text exceeds the allotted space of the field. Text can be resized to as small as 4 points.

-Electronic signatures - In OmniForm Filler 4.0, signature fields lock other fields on a form. Once a signature field is signed (filled), no one can change the locked fields unless that user has the correct password and unsigns the field.
