About Dreamweaver CS4 (Mac & Win) (CLP Maintenance 2Yr/24 Months)
The Contractual Licensing Program (CLP) is a flexible volume software licensing program offered through Adobe Open Options. It applies at least the same discount level to all of an organization's Adobe desktop software ordering during the life of the CLP agreement, based on the value of an initial order — but with no further order commitment beyond that initial order. The CLP offers the discount level to all new and upgrade software orders and Upgrade Plan orders. Additional orders may qualify the customer for a higher discount level.

Adobe's CLP 4.0 program is tiered, and provides for cumulative pricing:
Tier 1 = 6,000 point minimum - up to 19,999 points
Tier 2 = 20,000 points up to 49,999 points
Tier 3 = 50,000 and above
SPECIFICS
Purchase Orders must include ship to address, contact name, contact address, phone number, purchase order, email address and CLP contract number.
Minimum Order: Minimum buy-in for a new CLP 4.0 contract is 6,000 points.
Minimum Re-order: There is no minimum.
Mix and Match: You may mix and match product titles, platforms, uplifts, and maintenance.
Upgrade Plan/Maintenance/Subscription/Upgrade Insurance: Yes, Upgrade Plan is available. All upgrade plan purchased will expire at the same time as the original 2 year contract. Upgrade plan purchased during the middle of the contract is prorated to expire at the same time as the original 2 year contract. Upgrade Plan may only be purchased in equal or lesser amounts of a corresponding licensing order.
Upgrades: Upgrades are available on some products, or with a valid upgrade plan contract.
Contract Number/Registration number/serial number required: CLP contract number is required.
Cumulative Pricing: Available based on point level achieved.
Shipping Information and Timeframe - Media will ship within 24 to 48 hours, subject to availability. Media will ship via UPS ground, direct to the end user only. License Serial numbers are accessible via www.licensing.adobe.com
License Fulfillment: The System Administrator listed on the end user's CLP contract will receive an email from Adobe upon the execution of the contract. The email will provide the URL for Adobe's licensing website, login, password, and assigned CLP contract number. With this information, the System Administrator will be able to access a master serial number for each product purchased. It is the responsibility of the System Administrator to distribute serial numbers to the appropriate individuals within their organization.
Media and Documentation/Manuals: Is not included and if needed, must be purchased in addition to the licensing. Boxed product, or finished goods, will not function to install licensing serial numbers.
Additional Media: Available with initial order or with subsequent orders.
