Program Details

Return Policy: Returns must be requested within 60 days of the End-User's PO date. Adobe will not accept partial license returns. All returns must be authorized by Adobe. A completed and signed Letter of Destruction is required for all returns.

Purchase Orders must include ship to address, contact name, contact address, phone number, purchase order, email address and CLP contract number.

Minimum Order: 500 Units per transaction.

Upgrade Plan/Maintenance/Subscription/Upgrade Insurance: Yes, Upgrade Plan is available. All upgrade plan purchased will expire at the same time as the original 2 year contract. Upgrade plan purchased during the middle of the contract is prorated to expire at the same time as the original 2 year contract. Upgrade Plan may only be purchased in equal or lesser amounts of a corresponding licensing order.

Upgrades: Upgrades are available on some products, or with a valid upgrade plan contract. CLP contract number is required.

Cumulative Pricing: Yes, but only per transaction.

Shipping Info and Timeframe: Media will ship in 24 to 48 hours, subject to availability. Media will ship via UPS ground, direct to the end user only. License Serial numbers are accessable via www.licensing.adobe.com

License Fulfillment: The System Administrator listed on the end user's CLP contract will receive an email from Adobe upon the execution of the contract. The email will provide the URL for Adobe's licensing website, login, password, and assigned CLP contract number. With this information, the System Administrator will be able to access a master serial number for each product purchased. It is the responsibility of the System Administrator to distribute serial numbers to the appropriate individuals within their organization.
